Sebastian Szymanek has led Polpharma’s operations in Poland since 2021 and, as of January 2026, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Polpharma Group. He joined the company in 2007 and has since held a series of senior commercial roles with increasing responsibility. In 2014, he assumed leadership of commercial operations in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, while also advising other international markets.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Sebastian has held leadership positions across well recognized pharmaceutical companies, managing diverse commercial organizations and overseeing all major sales channels, including Consumer Health Care (CHC), Rx, and Hospital.
He is an alumnus of the London Business School and holds a pharmacy degree from the Medical University in Poland.
