Orly Alster is a seasoned legal executive with extensive expertise in global corporate legal advisory, intellectual property strategy, regulatory and complex litigations.
Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel – International Markets IP; Regulatory & Corporate Litigations. She leads multi national legal team, manages high stakes litigations and develops innovative strategies to optimize business outcomes across international markets.
A recognized leader in her field, she has been named to the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Israel (2023) and awarded Corporate IP Star by “Managing Intellectual Property”.
Beyond her professional achievements, she actively contributes to legal and industry communities as Head of the Litigation Forum at the ACC organization for in-house counsel and heads the IP committee in the Pharmaceutical sector of the Israeli Manufacturers Association.
Orly holds an LL.B from Tel Aviv University (Magna Cum Laude).
