In this role, he represents Sandoz in high-level industry forums, supports senior leadership through strategic briefings, and contributes to the development of global public policy positions. Prior to joining Sandoz, Oliver served as Senior Manager, Government & Corporate Affairs at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he led external engagement and government relations activities in Switzerland.
Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Oliver spent ten years at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, where he held senior roles in government relations across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, building strong partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders in the healthcare sector. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Geneva, a Diploma in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree from EHL Hospitality Business School. Fluent in five languages, Oliver brings strong cross-cultural leadership and advocacy expertise to advancing access to healthcare and sustainable policy solutions.
